10th Medieval Dance Course Rotruenge is organising the 10th Medieval Dance Course: a four-day introduction to the art of medieval dance as handed down by oral traditions. The course will take the form of various workshops led by Christophe Deslignes, as well as events and talks about historical evidence regarding medieval dance: iconography, treatises, music and chronicles. An evening of dance, open to all and featuring medieval, Renaissance and folk dances, will be held in the village "Salle des Fêtes" at 8pm on Saturday 16 May.
